> Boston (Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9.30-12.30) Municipal Buildings, West Street
> Sleaford (Mon & Wed @ 9.30-12.30) Money’s Yard, Carre Street

During the session our friendly team will complete a short assessment of your situation and if possible, provide you with information and support you to research your query online. If further help or advice is needed, you will be contacted via telephone to arrange a follow up appointment.

To adhere to confidentiality we are currently operating on a one in one out basis in both our offices.



Outreach Drop ins

In addition to our regular weekly information drop in sessions (above), we are also running outreach drop ins at the locations below. One of our advisors will be available to be approached with any questions and if a further appointment is needed you will be contacted via telephone to arrange a follow up appointment.

For our project ‘Point Forward’ we are giving advice to those who are struggling with mental health πŸ’™

Our adviser will offer support by:
➑ helping with benefits applications and appeals
➑ offering money advice, financial capability sessions and budgeting support
➑ supporting development of safety plans and coping strategies
➑ encouraging physical and social activity, health activity, sleep, avoiding alcohol/substances
➑ providing a safe, supportive environment to talk

We’re currently running our Reach Out Project. Where we support and empower women to take controls of their day to day lives by providing a safe supportive space to talk. 🩷

We offer support by:

➑ maternity rights
➑ child maintenance advice
➑ signposting to local services
➑ supporting development of safety plans and coping strategies
➑ encouraging physical and social activity

During this project you will be supported by one adviser who will work with you to address any areas you might need help with.
